SLIDING DOOR – BT 120 SV

The BT 120 SV guillotine door is designed for cold rooms down to -25°C.

Constructed from a monolithic leaf injected with high-density polyurethane foam, it is supplied on a PVC or wood-clad frame. The door’s seal is ensured by expanded EPDM gaskets fitted around the perimeter of the leaf.

The vertical sliding system is fitted with two drive chains and two sliding guides on the right and left of the door; the door is balanced by a counterweight system to facilitate opening and closing. The door is equipped with a fall-arrest system, which activates in the event of a break in one of the drive chains and slows or stops the door’s descent.

• Specifically designed for deep-freeze chambers and industrial cold stores operating at extremely low temperatures, ensuring high thermal insulation thanks to the high-density polyurethane foam door panel.

• Used in facilities where the layout of the premises does not allow for a horizontal door to be opened or slid sideways, utilising vertical movement instead.

• Suitable for high-traffic areas in frozen food storage facilities, supported by a counterweight system to facilitate operation and a safety device integrated into the chains to prevent the door from falling.
