PSI AND PSD PANELS

PSI and PSD polyurethane panels are Polistamp panels designed for the construction of industrial cold stores, and their key strength lies in their excellent insulating properties. The dry-joint interlocking system, featuring single and double teeth, ensures excellent insulation by eliminating thermal bridges and the formation of condensation. The inclusion of eccentric hooks on request provides the joint with a better seal and improved airtightness.

Substrates

• Pre-painted steel – Cold-rolled steel, hot-dip galvanised in accordance with UNI EN 10142, treated with a chromium-free nitro-cobalt coating and zirconium salt passivation, top coat of primer and polyester paint, bottom coat with backcoat application.
• Plastic-coated steel – On a galvanised steel substrate, coated with a rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film 120 microns thick.
• Stainless steel – Manufactured in accordance with standard compliance certification, cold-formed profiles.
• Plastic-coated stainless steel – On an AISI 304 stainless steel substrate, coated with a rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film 120 microns thick – white in colour.

• Specifically designed for the construction of temperature-controlled environments, including both refrigeration and freezing facilities.

• Thanks to the wide range of thicknesses available (from 60 mm in the PSI series up to 240 mm in the PSD series), they are used in cold stores and food processing plants with varying thermal insulation requirements.

• They are used in facilities where it is essential to eliminate thermal bridges, prevent condensation and ensure excellent airtightness, aided further by surface finishes (smooth, ribbed or embossed) suitable for the food and industrial sectors.
