Natural refrigerants take center stage at REFRIGERA 2025: technology, safety, and sustainability.

From 5 to 7 November 2025, during REFRIGERA 2025 , the collective exhibition “Natural refrigerants: the future is already here” will be set up, a technical space entirely dedicated to technologies and applications based on natural refrigerants .

The goal is clear: to demonstrate that the transition is already underway and that efficient and safe solutions are now a concrete reality for the refrigeration sector.

The exhibition will offer an educational path with explanatory panels, case studies and real systems, highlighting the practical applications of the main natural refrigerants — CO₂ (R744), propane (R290), isobutane (R600a) and ammonia (R717) — today protagonists of the new generation of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems.

The initiative comes at a key moment for the cold chain, which is committed to decarbonization and regulatory compliance .
