The SM482V INT represents the technological evolution of the SMAN® series. This digital manifold is more than just a pressure gauge; it is a true operational control hub. Thanks to its 4-port design, it allows for the simultaneous management of charging, recovery, and evacuation operations without the need to disconnect hoses, significantly optimizing service times.

The system is fully integrated into the Job Link® ecosystem, enabling real-time readings from external probes (psychrometers, pipe clamps) at a distance of up to 300 meters, all displayed on the large backlit LCD screen. Durability is guaranteed by its IP55 certification, making it resistant to weather, dust, and the typical impacts of a job site. Furthermore, the instrument is already compliant with the most stringent standards (IEC 60335-2-104) for safe use with new low-GWP refrigerants and hydrocarbons.

The SM482V INT digital manifold is designed around an exceptionally legible backlit LCD, featuring adjustable blue backlighting and an auto-power-off (APO) function after 30 minutes of inactivity. Its measurement capabilities include high and low-side pressures, pipe temperatures, and vacuum levels down to 9,999 microns, making it a comprehensive solution for diagnostic operations.

Connectivity is powered by a 2.4 GHz wireless module with a line-of-sight range of up to 300 meters (approx. 1000 ft), allowing technicians to integrate readings from Job Link® System tools directly onto the main screen. Additionally, the USB-C port enables the download of logged data and firmware updates.

The unit features a rugged construction with an IP55 protection rating, providing the water and dust resistance required for demanding job sites and workshops. A low-battery indicator and a typical battery life of up to 405 hours (when wireless and backlighting are not in use) ensure reliable autonomy in the field.

The instrument is certified to operate with a wide range of refrigerants, including traditional gases and modern low-GWP alternatives, supporting both precise pressure measurements and temperature-compensated tightness tests.
