SH Pod Advanced Heat Pump casing

The SH Pod Advanced Heat Pump (HP) shell is an innovative solution designed to soundproof and protect medium and large heat pumps. The casing consists of a sturdy load-bearing steel frame, making it independent of the machine, integrated with modular, accessible panels to allow for routine maintenance and ensure easy access.

The silencers and sound-absorbing grilles that make up the SH Pod Advanced HP are equipped with 20 mm thick lamellar baffles that minimize pressure drops (less than 10 Pa). The high-efficiency sound-absorbing grilles allow for optimal suction from the sides of the pump, improving performance even in critical conditions such as the notoriously noisier defrost phase. This translates into lower pressure drops for the fans and optimal performance in any operating mode.

MODELS

There are four configurations available depending on the size of the machine:

• HP 1 – for units with single vertical or horizontal fan
• HP 2 – for large, vertical multi-fan units
• HP 3 – for units equipped with centrifugal fans, including ductable ones
• HP 4 – for compact vertical units, with large lateral suction surfaces

Designed for air-to-water heat pump systems, it can be installed just a few centimeters from the machine , even within the required clearances, while maintaining its performance. This allows for significant space savings wherever noise reduction is required.

It offers a uniform and customizable aesthetic masking, with painting available in any RAL color, while at the same time effectively protecting the machinery from atmospheric agents or extreme events such as hail.

It can make any machine “super quiet” without the trade-off of reduced efficiency.
