VALUE VRDDF ATEX-Certified Refrigerant Recovery Unit

The VALUE VRDDF is a professional refrigerant recovery unit designed to meet the needs of HVACR technicians working with a wide range of refrigerants, including highly flammable ones such as R290 and R600a. The ATEX certification (CSANe 22ATEX1032X) confirms the machine's compliance with safety regulations for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, making it suitable for gas recovery in workshops, construction sites, and industrial plants.

The recovery unit is equipped with a 1 HP (0.75 kW) brushless DC motor driving an air-cooled, oil-free compressor with a twin-cylinder design, ensuring high recovery speeds in push/pull mode for both liquid and vapor phases. The self-purge function allows for automatic purging of the recovery circuit without the need to switch hoses, enhancing technician productivity.

The station includes a filter drier, a large backlit LCD display for optimal visibility of operating parameters, and an integrated cooling fan to maintain stable operating temperatures even during extended work cycles. The robust IP54-rated structure ensures resistance to dust and water splashes, while the safety valve and automatic shut-off at 38.5 bar guarantee total operational safety.

Compatible with an extensive list of Category II, III, IV, and V refrigerants (including R134a, R410A, R407C, R32, R507, and many others), the VRDDF recovery unit meets requirements for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

The VALUE VRDDF refrigerant recovery unit operates on a 220V single-phase 50Hz power supply and is equipped with a 1 HP (0.75 kW) brushless DC motor operating at approximately 3000 RPM. The oil-free, air-cooled compressor is designed to maximize refrigerant recovery speed without oil contamination, ensuring reliability and reduced maintenance.

The machine allows for a remarkable recovery capacity of up to 510 kg/hour in push/pull mode, with recovery specifications reaching approximately 9.5 kg/minute for Category V refrigerants (such as R410A and R404A) in the liquid phase and approximately 0.54 kg/minute in the vapor phase. An integrated safety valve automatically shuts down the unit at 38.5 bar to protect the system.

The front panel includes an easy-to-read backlit LCD display with clear pressure and operating status indicators. The self-purge function facilitates recovery circuit management without the need to change or disconnect hoses. The IP54-rated construction protects the unit from dust and water splashes, making it suitable for heavy-duty use in various work environments.

The recovery unit is designed to operate within an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 40°C and weighs approximately 11 kg, with compact dimensions that make positioning and transport easy. Compatible with an extensive list of refrigerants, it includes support for Class A3 hydrocarbons (HC), Class A2L HFOs, and traditional HFC/HCFC refrigerants.
