Transition to new gases: free seminar in Pisa on F-gases, HFOs, and EN 378
The transition to new low-GWP refrigerants requires installers and maintenance technicians to pay increasing attention to regulatory, safety, and proper system management aspects. This is the context for the free information seminar on the new F-gas, HFOs, and the EN 378 regulation , scheduled for February 18, 2026, in Pisa.
The meeting will be held from 9:30 to 12:30 at the Pisa branch of Morelli, in Vecchiano, and will be a technical refresher course aimed at refrigeration professionals who work with A2L and A3 refrigerants.
The seminar will address technical choices and system management during the transition to new gases, with particular attention to the implications for energy efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Special attention will be given to the application of the EN 378 standard for the management of flammable refrigerants and the requirements for proper field operation.
Among the topics covered:
