GK-Lab Kryon AcidShot Acid Cleaner and Descaler for Condensers

GK‑Lab Kryon® AcidShot is an acid-based chemical cleaner specifically engineered to eliminate limescale, corrosion, and stubborn deposits on the condenser coils of outdoor AC and refrigeration units. It is particularly effective against long-term sediment, salt air/sea salt corrosion, surface oxidation, or stains that neutral or alkaline cleaners cannot remove.

Application: For routine maintenance, dilute with water (up to approximately 1:6); use a higher concentration for heavy-duty cleaning. The product should be sprayed in counter-flow (opposite to the unit's airflow direction) to help push loosened debris outward. After the recommended contact time (~5 minutes), it is essential to rinse thoroughly with water to remove dissolved dirt and chemical residues, preventing any potential long-term acidity effects.

Precautions: Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (gloves, goggles, etc.) and consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.

AcidShot is primarily used when:

• The outdoor condenser is clogged with scale, salt spray, mineralized dust, or oxides.
• Standard cleaning with alkaline or neutral detergents is insufficient for removing stubborn grime.
• You need to restore the unit’s heat exchange efficiency by improving airflow and overall system performance.
