B-BRAZE 5 L Professional Oxy-Acetylene Welding Kit

The B-BRAZE 5 L Kit is a professional turnkey solution for performing autogenous welding using the oxy-acetylene process—a traditional and effective method in which the energy needed to melt metals is provided by the combustion of acetylene in the presence of pure oxygen.

This kit is designed for use in metal workshops, construction sites, industrial plants, and maintenance operations where robust, portable, and reliable tools are required. The cylinders come pre-filled and benefit from the HandyGas® service, allowing immediate “empty-for-full” cylinder exchange at participating GeneralGas/Saldogas centers, minimizing downtime.

All components are carefully selected to ensure safety, ease of use, and full compatibility: from the cylinder trolley to the torch with lightweight handle and Oxygen/Acetylene mixer, from pressure regulators with safety valves to twin hoses and welding torch.

Trolley: Dual cylinder trolley for 5 L O₂/Ac cylinders

Torch: Lightweight alloy handle 19-6 MHF with Oxy/Acetylene mixer H192E-MHF and integrated safety valves

Welding Torch Tip: Pre-wired for material thicknesses from 1.0 to 2.0 mm, with a flow rate of approximately 160 L/h

Twin Hoses: Approximately 4 m of O₂/Ac TA 5×11 mm tubing, with 6 mm internal diameter
