B-BRAZE 14 L Professional Oxy-Acetylene Welding Kit
Professional Oxy-Acetylene Welding Kit (OFW – OxiFuel Gas Welding), complete with pre-filled 14 L oxygen and acetylene cylinders and full setup for performing autogenous welding in workshops and construction sites, featuring compact and durable equipment.
Description
The B-BRAZE® 14 L Kit is designed for professionals in oxy-acetylene welding who need a complete, ready-to-use solution for welding metal pipes and components in industrial workplaces, workshops, and construction sites. The oxy-acetylene welding process uses the combustion of acetylene in a highly oxidizing environment to provide the thermal energy needed to melt metals, ensuring strong, high-quality welds.
This kit is also ideal for working in challenging positions thanks to the well-balanced configuration of its components, which includes large-capacity cylinders, a cylinder trolley, a torch with mixer, and pressure regulators with safety valves. In addition, the cylinders in the kit benefit from the HandyGas® “empty-for-full” service, allowing quick replacement of empty cylinders with full ones at authorized GeneralGas or Saldogas service points, minimizing downtime.

FAQ
Maintenance is essential for ammonia systems to ensure operational safety and efficiency, preventing leaks, unexpected failures, and reduced performance. Scheduled maintenance increases system reliability and extends its lifespan.
Technical standards (such as UNI EN 378) require periodic inspections of critical components, ventilation systems, gas detectors, and alarm devices. Specifically, operating conditions must be regularly monitored and inspection records recorded to ensure the protection of people and equipment.
Effective management includes activities such as leak control, monitoring operating parameters, and preventative maintenance of key components. These practices optimize consumption, reduce risks, and maintain high performance over time.
