Who we are

Italcoppie Sensori is an Italian company specializing in the development and production of temperature measurement sensors and solutions since 1978. With over 500 employees, five production sites, and a capacity of over six million probes per year, the company operates in numerous industrial sectors and has implemented its products in more than 10,000 different contexts.

One of the company's distinguishing features is its high degree of vertical integration in production : metalworking, injection molding, and probe assembly are all handled in-house. This allows Italcoppie to maintain control over the various production phases and flexibly adapt to customer requests.

For refrigeration and air conditioning, overmolded sensors with IP68 protection rating are also available, designed to resist the presence of air and water and therefore particularly suitable for these application areas.

Support starts in the development phase: the technical team collaborates with customers to co-design customized sensors and subsystems, evaluating construction features, operating conditions, and specific application requirements.

Research and development focuses on both improving measurement technologies and the increasing digitalization of industrial processes. The Evomini IO-Link range, for example, allows for the integration of temperature measurement, remote configuration, diagnostics, and digital data transmission into automation systems.
